At RTA Wholesalers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cabinetry purchase; if your order does not meet your expectations, you may return uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.
Pack Securely
Ensure all components are placed in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit and qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Items
Arrange for freight or ground shipping to our returns center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping label.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for resale condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
